Refund policy
At Taylor Made Creative Prints, each item is custom-made specifically for your order.
Custom printed apparel, team gear, spirit wear, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer
- Color variations viewed on different screens
- Change of mind after an order has been placed
- Personalized or custom-designed products
